Refund Policy

All products sold by SafeX Drawing Academy are digital content delivered immediately after payment. This page summarises our refund policy in plain English. It restates — and does not modify — the "All sales are final — digital content" clause of our Terms of Service.
All sales are final
Every product sold on this site is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered and made accessible immediately upon confirmation of payment. By completing checkout you (a) expressly request that performance of the contract begins immediately, (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once download and/or access to the product has started, and (c) accept that all sales are therefore final, with no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Legal basis (EU/EEA & Italy)
This policy is grounded in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59, letter (o), of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), which allow the right of withdrawal to be waived for digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law. If a product is defective, corrupted, materially not as described, or you cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will make it right — by re-delivery, repair, or, where legally required, a full refund.
How to contact us about a purchase
Email amministrazione@safexeusrl.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us first at amministrazione@safexeusrl.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster and more fairly directly.
