Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Drawing Academy and any digital products you purchase from us. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
Who we are
Drawing Academy is a product line of SafeXDigital, operated by SAFEX-EU S.R.L. (P.IVA 10011171211), with registered office at Largo Francesco Torraca 71, 80133 Napoli (NA), Italia. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to SAFEX-EU S.R.L.. References to "you" refer to the person creating an account or completing a purchase.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address so we can deliver your library and respond to support requests.
Purchases
All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and include any applicable taxes where required by law. A purchase is complete once payment is confirmed by our payment processor. You will then have immediate access to the product inside your library.
Lifetime access & updates
Each product is sold on a one-time-purchase basis. There is no subscription. Once a product is in your library, you keep access to it and to every future revision of the same product, at no extra cost, for as long as we operate the service.
Your license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, print and use the files for your own creative practice. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or upload the files anywhere. See the License page for full details.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another user's library, scrape content at scale, remove copyright notices, or use the files to train machine-learning models. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All sales are final — digital content
All products sold on this site are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered and accessible immediately upon confirmation of payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59, letter (o), of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), by completing checkout you (a) expressly request that performance of the contract begins immediately, (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once download and/or access to the product has started, and (c) accept that all sales are therefore final, with no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law (for example, remedies for a product that is defective, corrupted or materially not as described) remain unaffected — please contact us and we will make it right.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update content, or temporarily restrict access for security reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
